Rittenhouse Archives Cutting Up Fleer Cards for Conan Schwarznegger Cut Signature Card

It looks as though Rittenhouse Archives' Conan the Barbarian movie set is out. It's primarily about autographs as it's being released in factory set form without any base cards. Part of the release are incentive Arnold Schwarnegger cut signature cards. They're numbered /25 and I just saw one posted on eBay:

It's not a bad looking card, but it looks as though Rittenhouse has cut up autographs from Fleer's 1997 Batman and Robin Widevision set in which Ah-nuld signed. Here's a sample of his card:

The background of the Conan signature definitely looks like it has the washed out features of Mr. Freeze's gun.

Although I can see how trading cards are a good source for reputable signatures, I find it extremely tacky when trading cards are used to make "cut signature" cards. It's doubly tacky when one company uses another company's products, even if they have since gone under.

The funny thing is that with the low serial number, something tells me the Conan card will sell for more than its source card.
