This card/sticker comes from the Marvel Comic Book Heroes set released by Topps back in 1975. Something tells me its meaning has changed in the last three decades.
While that brings back memories. I remeber collecting those stickers and having them fight each other. I had the MAN-THING as the strongest super hero (someone at school told me he was) and THE HULK 2nd. I remember having spider man ranked down low as he seemed like a weakling.

If that card/sticker is real, and I'm not saying it is, then that is the funniest thing I have seen yet today.
