Over the weekend I snuck away to the city to catch the new A-Team movie. I went in with zero expectations seeing as how it obviously wasn't the cheesy 80s show I followed. And Mr. T was nowhere in sight. But you know what? It wasn't bad - a cartoon take on a cartoon TV show. Some parts were a little too over the top, but others were great fun.
The movie gives me an excuse to post the first custom sketch cards I had made some years ago, a four-card set done by Chris Henderson.
Henderson really nailed it with these. From the detailed drawings to the little things like the deep red background. There'll never be another set for the show so I'd have to say these are the best A-Team cards I've seen.

He draws really well. I would love to see some of his stuff elsewhere other than some of the stuff we have been getting.
outstanding. great color balance.
I enjoyed the movie as well. I like the cards. I can actually hear mr. T when I look at his. My review of the A-Team can be found at SciFi Media
I didn't know you were doing A-Team too! :D
This was a one-time shot for me. I originally contemplated a Mr. T and/or A-Team collection but went with E.T. instead. Mr.T might still find another card or two into the ole collection, but I doubt it'll be a major focus.
